Setting Up Sprints and Sprint Backlogs
What is a Sprint?
A Sprint is a very short but ample amount of time within which the team completes a planned amount of work and makes ready for review. The term “Sprint” is mainly used in Agile Scrum methodology.
Agile teams usually define a short duration of a Sprint for 2 - 4 weeks. Teams set their target with Product Owner / Scrum Master as “Sprint Goal” and plan their work in “Sprint backlog”. As soon as the Sprint starts after planning session, team members work together to complete planned work effectively and make it ready for “QA / Testing” by the end of that period.
To help the Agile teams, Agilibo has an effective functionality named “Sprint Settings”, where the teams can set up new sprints anytime, anywhere.
